Dryland Training
All players (except Mite levels) begin each session in our dryland facility on synthetic ice. Please bring skates and tennis shoes. We will notify families on how players should dress for sessions. On nice days, outdoor activities like ultimate frisbee may be incorporated as fun, competitive cross‑training to build athleticism while offering variety in how players develop.
Dryland training includes, but is not limited to:
- Shooting drills
- Plyometrics
- Strength and agility work
- Coordination and balance training
August Tryout Prep Clinics
Prepare for fall association tryouts with drop-in training throughout August.
