Summer training program is built to give players consistent, high-quality development all week long. Each day focuses on a specific skill set designed to improve all areas of the game.
Summer Group Training
Session Structure
Mite A:
- 50 minutes of on-ice session only
All other levels (Mite AA-High School):
- 50 minutes of dryland training
- 10 minutes to change
- 50 minutes of on-ice session
Flexible Scheduling
Families can choose the days and times that work best for their schedule, making it easy to stay consistent all summer long.
On-Ice Session Schedule
MONDAY
Power Skating & Edge Work
Focus on skating fundamentals, edge control, and mobility. Training includes work with and without pucks, including forward and backward stickhandling.
TUESDAY
Shooting & Passing
Emphasis on shooting accuracy, power, quick release, and passing fundamentals with timing and execution.
WEDNESDAY
Wall Play & Footwork
Players develop puck protection, board battle skills, and footwork that translates directly into game situations.
THURSDAY
PEP Day (Power Edge & Performance)
High-energy training focused on advanced edge work, speed, explosiveness, and overall performance development.
FRIDAY
Battle Stations
Competitive, high-rep drills in tight areas designed to improve reaction time, decision-making, and physical play under pressure.
Dryland Training
All players (except Mite A levels) begin each session in our dryland facility on synthetic ice. Please bring skates and tennis shoes. We will notify families on how players should dress for sessions. On nice days, outdoor activities like ultimate frisbee may be incorporated as fun, competitive cross‑training to build athleticism while offering variety in how players develop.
Dryland training includes, but is not limited to:
- Shooting drills
- Plyometrics
- Strength and agility work
- Coordination and balance training
On-Ice Equipment
Players are responsible for providing the following gear:
- Helmet
- Jersey
- Skates
- Shin pads
- Socks for shin pads
- Breezers
- Shoulder/chest pads
- Elbow pads
- Gloves
- Stick
- Mouth guard
- Protective neckwear
- Water bottle
Goalie Equipment
Goalies are responsible for bringing full goalie equipment, including:
- Goalie helmet/mask
- Chest protector
- Blocker
- Catch glove
- Goalie leg pads
- Goalie skates
- Goalie pants
- Protective neckwear
- Goalie stick
- Practice jersey
- Water bottle
Goalie Pricing
Goalies receive discounted pricing for summer training and only pay for dryland sessions.

Policies:
- No refunds will be issued.
- If a player is unable to attend a session, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future training session.
- Sessions cannot be transferred between players.
