AAA Program Rentals

Sessions typically run two groups per hour:

Hour 1
Team 1 on ice (50 min)
Team 2 in dryland (45 min)

Hour 2
Team 1 in dryland (45 min)
Team 2 on ice (50 min)

Instructor Options

Full program (ice + dryland instructors)
$350

Includes ice rental + dryland area + three nine HOCKEY trainers

Ice instructors + nine HOCKEY dryland instructor for plyometric training
$295

Includes ice rental + dryland area + one nine HOCKEY trainer for dryland only

Ice instructors + dryland area for shooting/stickhandling only
$275

Includes facility rental only (ice + dryland area)
