Individual training sessions are designed for players who want focused attention and faster development. Each lesson is customized to your skill level and position, whether you are working on edge control, puck handling, shooting technique, or overall game awareness.

Our private sessions are designed for both players and goalies, offering focused instruction, high repetition, and immediate feedback to accelerate development.

Session Details

  • $60 per session
  • 50 minutes of on-ice training
  • Open to skaters and goalies
  • Customized training based on individual goals

What to Expect
Each session is tailored to the player and may focus on areas such as:

  • Skating and edge work
  • Shooting and scoring techniques
  • Puck handling and confidence
  • Game-specific situations
  • Position-specific development (including goalie training)

On-Ice Equipment

Players are responsible for providing the following gear:

  • Helmet
  • Jersey
  • Skates
  • Shin pads
  • Socks for shin pads
  • Breezers
  • Shoulder/chest pads
  • Elbow pads
  • Gloves
  • Stick
  • Mouth guard
  • Protective neckwear
  • Water bottle

Goalies are responsible for bringing full goalie equipment, including:

  • Goalie helmet/mask
  • Chest protector
  • Blocker
  • Catch glove
  • Goalie leg pads
  • Goalie skates
  • Goalie pants
  • Protective neckwear
  • Goalie stick
  • Practice jersey
  • Water bottle
