Private and Small Group Training
Personalized Hockey Training. More Reps. More Confidence.
Whether your player wants one-on-one instruction or prefers to train with teammates or friends, our small group options allow players to receive focused coaching while sharing the cost of training. Choose from 30-minute or 60-minute sessions with groups of one to five skaters.
Build Your Own Group
Small group training offers a flexible and cost-effective way to access personalized hockey instruction. Whether you bring a sibling, teammate, or group of friends, you'll create your own training group while our coaches customize the session based on the players' ages, skill levels, and development goals to ensure a fun and productive experience for everyone.
Our smaller ice surface creates the ideal environment for high-repetition skill development, allowing players to spend less time standing in line and more time skating, handling the puck, making decisions, and competing. Through private and small-group training, our coaches can focus on the finer details of skill development and game play that are often difficult to address during traditional team practices.
Small group training can focus on:
- Skating and edge work
- Shooting and scoring
- Puck control and stickhandling
- Passing and puck movement
- Position-specific skills
- Battle skills
- Game situations
- Individual areas of development
Training will be adjusted based on the needs and skill levels of the players in each group.

Choose Your Session Type
120-Minute Training Sessions begin with 45 minutes of off-ice development, including advanced stickhandling, shooting, passing, and hockey-specific training. The extended format provides more instruction, individualized feedback, and additional repetitions before transitioning to the ice for deeper skill development and game application.
For these sessions, players should arrive in athletic clothing and tennis shoes and bring your hockey gloves and stick. Players will then transition into full hockey gear for the remaining on-ice portion of the session.
