Group training is designed for up to 12 players, combining the intensity of focused instruction with the energy of team-style competition. Co-ed small groups allow for personalized feedback while building communication, pace, and teamwork skills that transfer directly to game play.

Group Training

Led by nine HOCKEY trainers, players will focus on core fundamental skills, receive personalized coaching, and enjoy plenty of puck touches in a small‑group setting, including but not limited to:

  • Power skating

  • Edge work

  • Puck control

  • Shooting

  • Passing

  • Stickhandling

  • Small-area games and battle drills

  • Stay tuned for goalie training sessions this spring and summer!

Skaters: Max of 12 players (ensuring quality instruction and individual attention)

Session length: 50 minutes On-Ice. Some Group Training Sessions offer On-Ice for 50 minutes and Dryland for 50 minutes.

Cost: Varies/level

Policies:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • If a player is unable to attend a session, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future training session.

  • Sessions cannot be transferred between players.

Your player will be responsible for providing the following gear:

  • Helmet
  • Jersey
  • Skates
  • Shin pads
  • Socks for shin pads
  • Breezers
  • Shoulder/chest pads
  • Elbow pads
  • Gloves
  • Stick
  • Mouth guard
  • Protective neckwear
  • Water bottle
